The order starts as a one-page specification: sequence or catalogue compound, purity target, fill per vial, kit count, labelling, documents and destination. The sheet is confirmed back to the buyer before anything is scheduled. There is no photograph of this step; the diagram shows the sheet's seven fields.

For a custom sequence: solid-phase assembly, cleavage, preparative HPLC purification to the agreed target, then analytical HPLC and mass spectrometry on the pooled fractions. Catalogue compounds come from a current or scheduled lot. This step is shown as a diagram, not a photograph.

Kits are seated in the outer carton. Cartons are lot-coded so the shipment can be matched back to the document set.
