What is the minimum order for private-label manufacturing?
50 kits, which is 500 vials of one catalogue compound at one fill per vial. A sample of 1 kit (10 vials) can be ordered first.
Pick a research peptide Pepti already manufactures, choose the fill, send your artwork, and receive a lyophilized lot in ten-vial kits under your label. Minimum 50 kits, sample 1 kit, with a batch Certificate of Analysis per lot and public lot records to compare against.
Contract manufacturing on this desk means Pepti fills, labels, documents and ships a catalogue research peptide under your brand. The compound is one the factory already makes and tests, so the lot either exists or is scheduled, and the work on your order is the fill, the label and the paperwork. That is why the minimum is 50 kits rather than the 100 kits a custom sequence needs, and why the lead-time tiers are days rather than weeks.
"Low MOQ" is a relative term, so the number is stated plainly: 50 kits, which is 500 vials of one compound at one fill per vial. A brand testing a new line can start smaller still, with a 1-kit sample of 10 vials, to see the vial, the label print and the document set before committing to a production run.
Private label means your artwork on the vial, and optionally on a carton and an insert. Pepti prints from your approved proof and places the lot code on the label so it matches the certificate. The compound name, fill and research-use statement stay on the label; what else appears is your decision within the rules of your destination market.
Included in a private-label order
Not included unless written into the specification
Everything is counted in kits. A kit is 10 sealed lyophilized vials. The private-label minimum is 50 kits; the sample is 1 kit. Larger orders are quoted as multiples of kits at the same fill, and a change of fill or compound counts as a separate line with its own minimum, because each line is its own fill run with its own label and its own certificate.
Catalogue compounds are also supplied as bulk lyophilized powder from 5 g, shipped cold chain, for buyers who fill or formulate themselves. Bulk powder carries the same batch certificate as the vial lot it comes from.
The public COA library at peptioem.com/coa lists catalogue compounds by product, fill and lot code with the HPLC purity and MS results for each lot. It is the quickest way to check whether the compound you want is a catalogue item: if a product and fill appear there, Path B applies.
50 kits = 500 vials, one compound, one fill per vial.
1 kit (10 vials), neutral label or your proof, with the lot certificate.
10 lyophilized vials, sealed, lot-coded.
From 5 g per catalogue compound, cold chain, with the batch certificate.
3–7, 10–14 or 14–18 days after specification and payment confirmation; tier stated in the quote.
Printed from your approved proof; compound name, fill, lot code and research-use statement retained.
98.4%–99.8% HPLC purity across the public COA library, as of the last review date.
Not published. Quoted per compound, fill, quantity and labelling scope.
Catalogue orders fall into one of three standard lead-time tiers. The tier depends on whether a current lot exists at the requested fill, on the quantity, and on the labelling scope. The quote names the tier for your order; none of the tiers is a fixed promise, and the clock starts at specification and payment confirmation.
| Tier | Typical situation | What the time is spent on |
|---|---|---|
| 3–7 days | A current lot exists at the requested fill; neutral label or a proof already approved; standard kit count. | Label print, kitting, certificate issue, packing and courier collection. |
| 10–14 days | The fill run is scheduled rather than on hand, or a new label proof must be approved before print. | Fill and lyophilization cycle, proof round, labelling, certificate, packing. |
| 14–18 days | Larger kit counts, several lines (compounds or fills) in one order, or cartons and inserts added to the labelling scope. | Multiple fill runs, multi-item print, assembly of cartons and inserts, certificates per line. |
Two things shorten the tier that are within the buyer's control: approving the label proof promptly, and ordering the same compound and fill as the sample kit, so the production lot repeats a known configuration. Two things lengthen it: changing the fill after the sample, and adding lines late. The process page shows where each sign-off sits.
Order 1 kit of the compound and fill you intend to brand. It arrives with its lot certificate, so you can inspect the vial, the seal, the neutral label and the paperwork, and send vials for independent testing if you wish.
Compound, fill, destination
1 kit with batch COA and tracking reference
Confirm the compound, fill and kit count (minimum 50 kits), and send print-ready artwork for the vial label and, if wanted, carton and insert. Pepti supplies the label template dimensions and the fixed elements that must stay on the label.
Compound, fill, kit count, artwork files, document list
Specification sheet and written quote with lead-time tier
Pepti returns a proof with the lot-code position marked. The buyer approves or corrects it. Print does not start until the proof is approved, and the lead-time tier assumes prompt approval.
Artwork, template
Approved proof
The specification sheet is confirmed and payment received. The lead-time tier counts from here.
Signed-off specification, approved proof, payment
Scheduled fill run or allocated lot, lot code assigned
Vials are filled at the specified fill, freeze-dried, sealed, labelled from the approved proof and packed ten to a kit. Cartons and inserts are assembled if in scope.
Allocated lot or fill run, approved proof
Labelled kits
QC issues the batch COA with the HPLC purity result and the MS identity result for the lot, and assembles any additional documents written into the specification.
Lot analytical data, specification document list
Batch COA and document set
Kits ship in an insulated carton with ice packs. The confirmed specification and approved proof stay on file, so a repeat order of the same configuration starts at step four.
Labelled kits, document set, destination
Tracking reference; file kept for repeat orders
Vial label
Printed from your approved proof on each vial. The compound name, fill, lot code and research-use statement remain on the label. Pepti provides the template dimensions and marks the lot-code position on the proof.
Carton and insert
Optional. A kit carton carrying your artwork and the lot code, and a printed insert if you supply the content. Both are added to the specification and affect the lead-time tier.
Your responsibilities
Artwork files, the claims on them, and their compliance in the destination market are the buyer's. Pepti prints what is approved and declines artwork that presents a research peptide as something else.
A private-label lot ships with the same baseline document set as a custom lot. Because the compound is a catalogue item, the buyer can also compare the lot certificate with the public record of earlier lots of the same product at peptioem.com/coa, which is a useful check that the certificate format and the results are consistent across lots.
Batch Certificate of Analysis Lot code, product, fill, manufacturing date, retest date, HPLC purity result, MS identity result, conclusion.
Chromatographic purity result Stated as a percentage on the certificate.
Molecular-weight identity result Observed molecular weight against the theoretical value.
Approved proof on file The proof used for print, kept with the lot file for repeat orders.
Packing list and tracking Kits, vials per kit, cartons, courier reference.
Scope statement
Pepti does not present itself as a cGMP drug-substance (API) manufacturer or CDMO and does not publish a GMP certificate or DMF. Peptides on this site are supplied for research use by qualified B2B buyers. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Private-label lots are supplied to qualified B2B buyers for research use. Pepti does not sell to consumers, gives no dosing or protocol advice, and prints no artwork that presents the material as anything other than a research peptide. Buyers confirm that the compound and the label are permitted in the destination market.
50 kits, which is 500 vials of one catalogue compound at one fill per vial. A sample of 1 kit (10 vials) can be ordered first.
Catalogue research peptides that Pepti already manufactures. The public COA library at peptioem.com/coa lists them by product, fill and lot. A compound not in the catalogue is a custom sequence with a 100-kit minimum.
One of three standard tiers: 3–7 days, 10–14 days or 14–18 days after specification and payment confirmation, depending on whether a lot exists at the fill, the quantity and the labelling scope. The quote names the tier. These are typical figures, not fixed commitments.
Yes, as separate lines. Each compound and fill is its own fill run with its own label and certificate, so each line carries its own minimum, and multi-line orders usually fall in the 14–18 day tier.
Yes. Catalogue compounds are available as bulk lyophilized powder from 5 g, shipped cold chain, with the batch certificate of the lot.
No. It is research-use and non-GMP. Pepti does not present itself as a cGMP drug-substance (API) manufacturer or CDMO and does not publish a GMP certificate or DMF. Each lot ships with a batch COA carrying the HPLC purity and MS identity results.
