What to include

A quote is written against a specification. The six fields below are the minimum for a custom sequence; for a private-label order replace the sequence with the catalogue product name and add the artwork. The specification guide has a template you can paste into the message.

  1. Sequence (N-terminus to C-terminus, modifications stated or stated as none), or the catalogue product name.
  2. Purity target by HPLC.
  3. Fill per vial.
  4. Quantity in kits: minimum 100 kits for a custom sequence, 50 kits for private label, 1 kit for a sample.
  5. Labelling: neutral or your artwork.
  6. Documents required with the shipment, beyond the batch COA.

Add the destination country. If you are not sure about a field, say so rather than leaving it out; the desk will propose the usual value and mark it for your confirmation.

What you get back

  • A specification sheet in the factory's format, for your confirmation
  • A written quote with the expected lead time (typically 15 days for custom) or the catalogue tier (3–7, 10–14 or 14–18 days)
  • Any feasibility notes on the sequence or labelling

Lead times count from specification and payment confirmation. No prices are published; every quote is per specification.
